Graveside Services for Wendy E. Garrison, of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be 11:00 AM, Thursday, January 5, 2012, at McRae's Chapel Cemetery, with Mr. Tony Hensley officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Tuesday, January 3, 2012, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel

Wendy passed away December 31, 2011, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 55. She was born September 30, 1956, in Chicago, IL, the daughter of Joseph and Nola McGregor Swift. She married Ted Garrison on September 27, 1975, at Aurora, IL and worked as a Sales Associate for Wal-Mart. Wendy lived in Mountain Home, Arkansas since 2003, moving from Como, TN. She was a member of Thompson Creek Baptist Church in Como, TN.

Wendy is survived by 2 sons; Dustin (Amber) Garrison, of Mountain Home, AR, Nathan Garrison, of Mountain Home, AR; her mother, Nola Swift, of Como, TN, 2 brothers; Joe (Pam) Swift Jr., of Michigan, Tim Swift, of Como, TN; 6 sisters; Brenda (Ken) Brinegar, of Sandwich, IL, Charlotte (Ron) Dwyer, of Lockport, IL, Dory (Jim) Martin, of Aurora, IL, Kathy Swift, of Como, TN, Sandy Fredrick of Como, TN, and Anita Swift, of Aurora, IL.

She was preceded in death by her husband and father.

Burial will be in the McRae's Chapel Cemetery, Big Sandy, TN, with Dustin Garrison, Nathan Garrison, Tim Swift, Joe Swift, Joe Bryant, and Nick Hamm as pallbearers.
