Barbara Mae Stone

Barbara Mae Stone of Gassville, Arkansas, passed away November 10, 2021, in Gassville, Arkansas, at the age of 81. She was born November 3, 1940, in Myron, Arkansas, the daughter of Thomas and Mahala Hamilton Tadlock. She married Marion and together, they had five children. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, crocheting, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Barbara is survived by her two daughters, Monica (Anthony) Burmingham of Mountain Home, AR, and Marsha Sutterfield of Gassville, AR; three sons, Randy Stone of Gassville, AR, Rickey Stone of Gassville, AR, and Ronnie Stone of Gassville, AR; sister, Tressie Farris of Violet Hill, AR; five grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Marion "Bud" Stone; brother, Roy Tadlock; two sisters, Mary Williams, and Imogene Sterling; and great-granddaughter, Olivia Jane Cullen.

Visitation will be Sunday, November 14, 2021, from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be 2:00 pm, Monday, November 15, 2021, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Brother Ron Childress officiating. Burial will be in the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery, Mountain Home, Arkansas. Due to current restrictions, masks are required.
