Mary Ann Motter of Flippin, Arkansas, passed away December 5, 2021, in Jonesboro, Arkansas at the age of 84. She was born September 16, 1937, in Thornton, Iowa, the daughter of Hans and Henrietta Oeltjenbruns Jorgensen. She married Jack Motter on November 26, 1959, in Thornton, Iowa. Mary Ann lived in Arkansas since moving from South Dakota, in 1992. She was an active member of the Wesley United Methodist Church. She enjoyed gardening and collecting antiques. She loved her family and will be dearly missed.
Mary Ann is survived by her husband, Jack E. Motter of Flippin, AR; daughter, Stephanie (Mike) DeBuck of Minneapolis, MN; and two brothers, Red and Gordon Jorgensen.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Eric Motter; sister, Lois Zobel; and two brothers, Bob and Earl Jorgensen.
A Memorial Service will be 11:00 am, Thursday, December 9, 2021, at Wesley United Methodist Church, with Reverend Jimmie Snow officiating. Due to current restrictions, masks are required.
