A Funeral Mass for Agnes Kovacs Szoke of Midway, Arkansas, will be 10:00 am, Friday, January 5, 2018, at St. Peter The Fisherman Catholic Church, with Father Norbert Rappold as Celebrant.
Agnes passed away December 31, 2017, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 91. She was born June 9, 1926, in Akron, Ohio, the daughter of George and Agnes Kovacs. She was a payroll clerk for Cleveland Trust Company. Agnes lived in Midway since moving from Tennessee in 2003. She was a member of the St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church.
Agnes is survived by her two granddaughters, Gyongzi and Hdiko Maraczi, both of Hungary, as well as close friends, Dorothy Hess and Wayne Betham.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son, Julius Maraczi, and two brothers, Steven and George.
Burial will be in the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery, Mountain Home, Arkansas.
Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
