Albert Sharp

Albert was born Sunday, April 10, 1932,in Saffell, Arkansas, the son of John and Louise Eiland Sharp. He married Frieda Wood on October 17, 1951 at Walnut Ridge, Arkansas. He worked as a manager for the Arizona Department of Economic Security. Albert lived in Mountain Home since 1999, moving from Cave City, Arkansas. He was a member of the Mountain Home Bible Church. He was an avid outdoorsman, enjoyed his grandchildren and was a loving brother and husband. He died Monday, September 7, 2009 in Mountain Home at the age of 77. Albert Sharp is survived by his son, Rick (Mary Pat) Sharp of Phoenix, AZ, 2 brothers, Lavel Sharp of Memphis, TN and Dennis Ray Sharp of Saffell, AR, 1 sister, Carolyn (Lavon) Husky of Saffell, AR, mother, Louise Davis of Saffell, AR, grandchildren, Clinton and Marlee Sharp of Saffell, AR, many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, wife and brother, Elbert Sharp. Funeral services for Albert Lee Sharp of Mountain Home, AR, will be 11:00 A.M. Saturday, September 12, 2009 at Crawford Church, with Mr. Loy Wood officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. until service time at the church. Burial will be in the Crawford Cemetery, Everton, Arkansas with family as pallbearers. Memorials may be made to the American Kidney Foundation.
