Alberta Keneipp

Alberta Corinne Keneipp was born November 11, 1911 at Owensville, Indiana to Albert and Meda Gude Milam Thompson. She married Warren Owings Keneipp on September 19, 1935 at Waukegan, Illinois. She obtained a masters degree in math and taught High School Math for 23 years in the Palos Hills Illinois school district #230.They moved to Mountain Home in 1982 from Oaklawn, Illinois. She belonged to the First United Methodist Church, UMW president, Mountain Home Women's Club, League of Women Voters, Retired Teachers Association, AARP, Mountain Home Food Basket and duplicate bridge. She was also a tax aid for 27 years and taught 55 alive. Survivors: 1 daughter, Kathryn McClellan and husband Bill of Cotter, AR; 5 grandchildren, Stacy Kowlsen, Lori Schrad, Douglas Blackburn, Andrew Blackburn, William McClellan Preceded in Death by: Parents, Husband, 1 son, 1 brother and 3 sisters.
