Services for Alice Evelyn Pierret, 78, of Gassville, Arkansas will be private. Alice died Thursday, July 21, 2011 at St. Johns Medical Center, Springfield, MO. She was born August 4, 1932 in Alexandria, SD, the daughter of Leslie E. and Elise M. Lee Jones. She married Robert Leroy Pierret on June 11, 1954 at Sioux Falls, SD and was a homemaker. Alice is survived by one son; Roderick J. Pierret of Gassville, AR; one brother; Leland (Vella) Jones of Sioux Falls, SD; one sister; Sharon L. Jones of Alexandria, SD; four sisters-in-law and Carolyn (Andy) Youngblood of Gassville, AR, Darlene Schneiders of Dell Rapids, SD, Norene Frederickson of Dell Rapids, SD and Janice Benviedes of Springfield, MO and brother-in-law, Dennis Pierret of Newport Beach, CA. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and one sister, Bonnie Jones. Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
