Allan Reimann

Mr. Reimann was born November 7, 1942, at Chicago, IL, to Albert and Lillian Hess Reimann. He married Diane Kalas on May 25, 1963 at Chicago, IL. He worked as a telephone splicer for Ameritech most of his career. He lived in Westmont, IL before he and his wife moved to Norfork in 2001. He enjoyed camping and boating and his many friends. He valiantly battled cancer for 2 ½ years. Survivors: He is survived by his wife, Diane Reimann, of Norfork, 1 son Mark (Maria) Reimann of Sarasota, FL, 1 daughter, Sharyn (Robert) Pietras, of Lombard, IL, 2 grandchildren, Michael and Katelyn, and 1 sister Karen (Tom) Calpin, of Naperville, IL. Preceded in Death by: He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral: Memorial services for Allan L. Reimann of Norfork, AR will be at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday December 27, 2006 at Kirby-Boaz Funeral Home with Reverend Margaret Williams officiating. Burial: Burial will be private. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of the Ozarks, Baxter County Library, of M.D. Anderson.
