Funeral Services for Allen Wesley Pettit, of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be 3:00 PM Friday, December 9, 2011, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor Harvey Seehusen officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Thursday, December 8, 2011, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home.
Allen passed away Tuesday, December 6, 2011 at Mountain Home, AR, at the age of 57. He was born December 6, 1954, in Carlton, MN, the son of Merle and Barbara Nelson Pettit.
Allen is survived by 3 brothers; Roger Pettit, of Superior, WI, Vaughn (Barbara) Pettit, of Mountain Home, AR, Doug (Anita) Pettit, of Mountain Home, AR; sister, Brenda (Phillip) Reed of Mountain Home, AR; nieces and nephews, Johnna Dwyer, Joshua Pettit, Johnathan Pettit, Austin Seaborn, Ashleigh Pettit, Aaron Pettit, Zachary Reed, Lyndsey Marriott, and Jessamyn Reed.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Burial will be in the Custer Herron Cemetery with Phillip Reed, Joshua Pettit, Johnathan Pettit, Aaron Pettit, Justin Marriott, and Justin DePries as pallbearers.
Memorials may be made to the Pettit Family c/o 1st Security Bank of Mountain Home.
