Angela Renee Starkey was born July 2, 1961 at Paragould, Arkansas the daughter of Jerry and Sharon Moore Litty. She was married to Carland Wayne Starkey and had resided at Greer, South Carolina for the past 2 years after moving from Mountain Home. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. Angela Renee Starkey entered into eternal rest in South Carolina on March 14, 2004 at the age of 42 years.
