She was born February 26, 1919 at Aurora, Illinois to Jesse and Henry Thornton. She married Dale Salisbury on December 11, 1937 at Oswego, Illinois and worked as a bookkeeper. She was a member of the Redeemer Lutheran Church. Survivors: Anabert is survived by two daughters Diann Petschke and husband Dean of Cadiz, Kentucky and Sherry Johnson and husband Max of Lenoir City, Tennessee, Five grandchildren, Sue, Len, Tim, Marty and Pam. Preceded in Death by: She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a sister, Esther (Roland) Schiltz and three brothers, Richard (Marguerite) Thornton, John (Beth) Thornton and Paul Thornton. Funeral: A graveside service for Annbert Bell Salisbury, 87, of Flippin, Arkansas, formerly of Oswego, Illinois will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday at the Lincoln Memorial Park Cemetery in Aurora with Reverend Erick Gauss officiating.
