Anne Lopet

Anne Lopit died Sunday, August 10, 2008 in Mountain Home at the age of 90. She was born Friday, July 26, 1918 in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of Stanley and Agnes Karusas Roman. She married John Lopit on February 1, 1941 at Chicago, Illinois and was a homemaker. Anne lived in Mountain Home since 1974 moving from Chicago, Illinois. Survivors: Anne Lopit is survived by 2 daughters, Laurel Sanchez of Chesapeake, VA and Lynn (Al Kviklys) Lopit, of Mountain Home, AR, 3 grandsons, Mies Lopit, Mark Lopit and Tony Lopit. Preceded in Death by: She was preceded in death by her husband, John Lopit, parents, 1 son, Leland, 1 brother and 1 sister. Visitation: Visitation will be from 5:00 - 8:00 with 7:00 Vigil service, Tuesday, August 12 at Kirby & Family Funeral Home. Funeral: Funeral Mass for Anne Frances Lopit of Mountain Home, AR, will be 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, August 13, 2008 at St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church, with Reverend Charles Kanu, officiating. Burial: Burial will be in the Baxter Memorial Gardens, Mountain Home, AR Memorials: Memorials may be made to the Perry Borg Animal Shelter at any Veternarian's Office. Active Bearers: Thomas Elder, George Know, Dale Lakin, Robert Lammers, James Neff and Brian Schwartz as pallbearers.
