A Graveside Service for Arline Bell Crown McBride of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be 10:00 am, Tuesday, January 21, 2014, at Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery, with Reverend Randy Ludwig officiating.
Arline passed away January 16, 2014, in Collierville, Tennessee, at the age of 95. She was born September 18, 1918, in Flora, Illinois, the daughter of Oscar and Lotela Morefield Crown. She married William McBride on February 16, 1937, in Effingham, Illinois and was a homemaker. Arline lived in Mountain Home since 1986, moving from Austin, Texas. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church. She enjoyed reading, sewing, traveling and was an artist.
Arline is survived by her daughter, Sandy (Jim) Curry of Collierville, TN; 9 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, William (Bill) McBride; daughter, Nonie McBride Walters and son, Bill McBride. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Eldon Crown; her sister, Marilyn Crown Kraucunas and her parents.
Burial will be in the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery, Mountain Home, Arkansas.
Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church of Mountain Home.
