Armella Anderson went home to the Lord, Tuesday, July 22, 2008 in St. Peters at the age of 84. Armella Anderson was born Thursday, August 2, 1923 in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of Frank and Angeline Suchan Estis. She married David E. Anderson on January 18, 1947 at Chicago, Illinois and worked as a Clerk Typist for the trucking industry. Armella lived in Darien, Illinois until 1983 moving to Lakeview, Arkansas. She then moved to St. Peters, Missouri in 2005. She was a member of St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church, Bull Shoals Fishing Club, Lakeview Community Club, VFW Post 1431 Auxillary. Survivors: Armella Anderson is survived by 4 Sons, Warren (Gloria) Anderson of Darien, IL, Fred (Linda) Anderson of St. Peters, MO, Richard (Mellody) Anderson of Downers Grove, IL, and Alan Anderson of Burr Ridge, IL, 1 Daughter, Judith (Nazir) Qureshi of Sterling, IL, 10 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and 1 Brother, Frank Estis of McHenry, IL. Preceded in Death by: She was preceded in death by her loving husband, David and her parents. Visitation: Visitation will be 5-8PM Thursday, July 24 with a Vigil Service at 7PM at the Kirby & Family Funeral Home. Funeral: Funeral Mass for Armella Mary Anderson of St. Peters, MO, will be 10:00 AM Friday, July 25, 2008 at St. Peter The Fisherman Catholic Church, with Reverend James Fanrak, officiating. Burial: Burial will be in the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Mausoleum, Mountain Home, Arkansas Memorials: Memorials may be made to the North Central Arkansas Humane Society, Mountain Home, Arkansas or Siteman Cancer Center, St. Peters, Missouri. Active Bearers: Bill Boekholder, William Bulow, Thomas Elder, Roger Ganzagowski, George Knox and Tom May as pallbearers.
