Arthur Henry Bush

A Celebration of Life for Arthur Henry Bush of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be during the 10:00 am church service, Sunday, July 8, 2018, at The Bridge Baptist Church.
Arthur passed away July 5, 2018, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 80. He was born September 16, 1937, in Tacoma, Washington, the son of Clarence and Estelle Gustafson Bush. He married Shelby Harpe on February 9, 1959, in Pelahatchie, Mississippi and was a Post Master for the United States Postal Service. Arthur was a U.S. Navy veteran. Arthur lived in Mountain Home since moving from Cheyenne, Wyoming, in 2013. He was a faithful member of The Bridge Baptist Church and loved to teach Sunday School. He enjoyed reading and studying the Bible, listening to Gospel Music, going to church, and going on mission trips.
Arthur is survived by his wife, Shelby Bush of Mountain Home, AR; three sons, William Art Bush of North Ridgeville, OH, John Mark (Lynda) Bush of Pelahatche, MS, and Steven Craig (Brenda) Bush of Jackson, MS; sister, Violet Twining of Olympia, WA; four grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Louis; and two sisters, Marian and Joy.
Memorials may be made in Arthur's memory to The Bridge Baptist Church, 3368 Hwy 62/412, Mountain Home, AR 72653.
