Arthur Herman Schroeter was born March 1, 1908 at Milwaukee County, Wisconsin the son of Hugo Schroeter and Louisa M. Helfer Schroeter. He married Frances M. Kainrath at Mountain Home, Arkansas on September 1, 1975. He had been a resident of the Mountain Home area since moving from Milwaukee in 1965. He died October 8, 2004 at Good Samaritan Village at the age of 96 Survivors: Wife: Frances M. Schroeter; 3 daughters: Marlene (Roger)Durst of Rochester, Minnesota, Jean (James)Bergenthal of Bluffton, South Carolina, Joan (Jerome) Clauer of Caledonia, Wisconsin; 1 stepson Carl (Maureen) Sorgatz of Winfield, Illinois; 2 stepdaughters: Karla (Gary) VanDerMolen of Winfield, Illinois, Paula (Don) Tucker of Gassville, Arkansas; 13 Grandchildren; 10 Great Grandchildren; 2 Sisters: Irma Johnson of Oak Creek, Wisconsin, Elsa Andrus of Seminole, Florida; several nieces, nephews and cousins Preceded in Death by: Parents, 1st wife Mildred, 1 brother and 1 sister Funeral: Memorial service at a later date Memorials: Redeemer Lutheran Church Additional Notes: Mr. Schroeter enjoyed gardening, fishing, automobiles, playing cards and other games
