Arthur Spriggs

Arthur Spriggs died Saturday, May 30, 2009 in Mountain Home at the age of 83. He was born Friday, September 18, 1925 in Gilbert, Arkansas, the son of Guy and Leota Jordan Spriggs. He married Glenda Fae Jones on September 17, 1946 at Alpena, Arkansas and worked as a Farmer and Truck Driver. Arthur was a lifetime resident of Mountain Home. He was a member of Bluff Springs Masonic Lodge, AF & AM in Western Grove, Arkansas, a member of NRA and was an avid gun enthusist. Survivors: Arthur Spriggs is survived by his wife, Glenda Fae Spriggs. daughter, Elta (Charles) Woodliff of Memphis, TN, granddaughter, Sutter Woodliff and brother Gene (Patsy) Spriggs of Ft. Worth, TX. Preceded in Death by: He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral: Memorial services for Arthur Glen Spriggs of Mountain Home, AR, will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 13, 2009 at Everton Methodist Church Reverend Dave Smith officiating.
