B. Arlene Moses of Mountain Home, Arkansas, passed away January 10, 2022, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 94. She was born August 14, 1927, in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, the daughter of Edwin and Amelia Henke Reader. Arlene married Billy Moses on June 8, 1946 in Chicago, Illinois, and worked in the home. Arlene lived in Mountain Home since moving from Marion, Indiana in 1979. She was a member of the Redeemer Lutheran Church and was a devoted Christian woman. She enjoyed her crafts and sewing.
Arlene is survived by her daughters, Bobbie Dillard of Mountain Home, AR, and Rosemarie (Richard) Litz of Sioux Falls, SD; sister, Lois Jackson of Glascow, KY; grandchildren, Justin (Tonja) Dillard, Sarah (Grady) Taylor, Heidi Litz, and Jeremy Litz; great-grandchildren, Rebecca Hemmings and Hunter Dillard; and great-great-grandchildren, Annabeth Hemmings and Paisley Arney.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Moses; and several brothers and sisters.
Visitation will be Monday, January 17, 2022, 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel. A Funeral Service for Arlene will be 2:00 pm, Tuesday, January 18, 2022, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Kevin McReynolds officiating. Burial will be in the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery, following the funeral service, with Justin Dillard, Shawn Parnell, and Ivan Martin as pallbearers. Due to current restrictions, masks are required.
