She was preceded in death by her parents Annie Lee and Billy Lew Dugger, Sr. of Southaven, Mississippi. She is survived by her only daughter, Windi and Daniel Lewis of Mountain Home, Arkansas and her six grandchildren; David (16), Elizabeth (14), Jacob (12), Rebekah (5), Lydia (3), and Abigail (21 months) all of Mountain Home. Barbara lived in Florida since moving from Mountain Home, Arkansas, in December 2014. She graduated from Memphis Prep in 1978. She attended Memphis State University, and more recently ASU Mountain Home and NorthArk in Harrison.
Everything Barbara cooked was delicious and always homemade. She was a loving mother, and an ideal grandmother. She had a great laugh and beautiful smile plus an outgoing personality that made everyone fall in love with her instantly. Once she made a friend, she kept them for life.
Barbara enjoyed crafting, fishing, working with flowers, NASCAR, watching NFL games, and spending time with her grandchildren. She was an active member of the Twin Lakes Play House, Mountain Home Band Boosters, the Quilters Guild, and a tutor at the Twin Lakes Literacy Council.
