Barbara went to be with her Saviour, Monday, September 20, 2010 at Baxter Regional Medical Center, at the age of 68. She was born January 19, 1942 in Santa Monica, California, the daughter of Louis D. and Kathryn Myers Tollefson. She graduated from E.D.H.S. in 1959. She married Wayne Gunter on February 9, 2009 at Las Vegas, Nevada. She was a supervisor for the telephone company. Barbara lived in Melbourne, Arkansas, recently moving from Vancouver, Washington. Barbara loved gardening, movies, genealogy, antique shopping, and going to the fair. She was very active in the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, Battleground, Washington.
Barbara is survived by her husband, Wayne Gunter of Melbourne, AR, son, Bert Louis Nobell of Garden Valley, CA; 2 daughters, Lori (Michael) Griffin of Lenox, MI and Jennifer (Jason) Heston of Sparks, NV; 3 sisters, Jane Shannon of Placerville, CA, Delores (Raymond) Rizk of Henderson, NV and Donna (Ron) Fuller of Placerville, CA; 4 grandchildren, Amy Wells, Sonny Nobell, Justin and Molly Heston and 1 great-grandchild, Bailey Wells.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
