Barbara Jorsch

Barbara Jorsch of Midway, Arkansas peacefully passed away at her home on February 23, 2025, at the age of 81. Barbara was born on December 27, 1943, in Harvey, Illinois, she was the loving daughter of Delbert and Estelle Heath. She married the love of her life, Colin Jorsch, on September 22, 1962, and they enjoyed more than sixty-two years of intense devotion to one another.  Barbara was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and most recently great grandmother. 

She is survived by her husband, Colin of Midway, Arkansas; daughter, Penny (James) Stanley of Antioch, Illinois; sons, Colin (Gina) Jorsch, Jr. of Fayetteville, North Carolina and Christopher (Ashley) Jorsch of Midway, Arkansas; granddaughter, Katrina (Daniel) Heiney-Gonzalez; grandson, Christopher Jorsch; and great-granddaughter, Isabela Marie Heiney-Gonzalez.

Barbara hailed from a large family of ten siblings. She is predeceased by her parents and two brothers. She is survived by eight loving brothers and sisters, and nephews and nieces, all too many to name.

In honor of her memory, the family wishes you to reach out to a stranger, she knew none, toast a life well lived and spread cheer to all you meet. A visitation with a short prayer service will be March 10, 2025, at 11:00am at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel - Bull Shoals.
