She was born December 3, 1949, in Kokomo, Indiana the daughter of Robert and Ester Staton. She worked for Wal-Mart. Barbara is survived by her two sons, Jason Rowe of Mountain Home, AR and Adam (Tonya) Rowe of Kokomo, IN; sister, Beverly (Buzz) Michael of Kokomo, IN; grandchild, Daniel Clark of Kokomo, IN and great-grandchildren, Zavion Clark and Kameron Clark of Kokomo, IN. She was preceded in death by her parents.
