Ben passed away April 17, 2017, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 54. He was born July 26, 1962, in Decatur, Illinois, the son of James and Shirley Snyder Roof. Ben lived in Mountain Home since moving from Illinois in 1976.
Ben is survived by his mother, Shirley Ann Roof of Mountain Home, AR; daughter, Whitney Roof-Hall of Mountain Home, AR; grandson, Zeke Christopher James Hall; brother, Jamey Roof of Mountain Home, AR; and two sisters, Linnie (Bill) Blackmon of Mountain Home, AR, and Kim (Steve) Alten of West Palm Beach, FL.
He was preceded in death by his father, James F. Roof, Sr.; and two brothers, Dennis Roof, and James Roof, Jr.
Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
