Jack Gillen was born April 5, 1929 in Chicago, Illinois. He was the son of Harry and Elsie Zeplin Gillen. He married the late Margaret Bell on June 26, 1948 in Chicago, Illinois. He was a truck driver for Midwest Welding and Supply in Chicago and lived in Mountain Home, Arkansas since he moved to the area from Chicago, Illinois during 1976. He was a member of the Catholic Church. Bernard "Jack" Gillen passed away September 21, 2005, at Baxter Regional Medical Center at the age of 76 years, 5 months and 16 days.
