Memorial Services for Betty Jo Maynard of Yellville, Arkansas, will be 2:00 pm, Saturday, February 9, 2013 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness in Flippin, Arkansas.
Betty passed away February 1, 2013, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 83. She was born July 3, 1929, in Chalk, Texas, the daughter of Ira T. and Marie Messick Kasinger. She married Ocie Kenneth Maynard in 1963, at Gainesville, Missouri, and was a homemaker. Betty lived in the twin lakes area for most of her life. She enjoyed crocheting, fishing, camping, and jig-saw puzzles.
Betty is survived by her three sons, Jerry D. (Debra) Hensley of Mountain Home, AR, Ronnie L. Hensley of Kansas City, MO, and Larry G. Hensley of Ashtubala, OH, two daughters, Judy (John) Moore of GA, and Shirley Jo (Richard) Halliday of Yellville, AR, one sister, Evelyne M. Martin of Mountain Home, AR, and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brother, Rex T. Kasinger, and son, Danny Jo Hensley.
Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
