Betty Morris

Graveside services will be held 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, July 17, 2010 at the Fayetteville National Cemetery, Fayetteville, Arkansas. Betty was born September 19, 1932 in Kensett, AR, the daughter of John L. and Ruth Henson Steel. She married Brent D. Morris on November 1, 1953 at Houston, Texas and was a homemaker. Betty lived in Ash Flat, Arkansas since 1962 moving from Houston, Texas. She was a member of American Legion and VFW auxillaries. She passed away on July 10, 2010 at her residence at the age of 77 years, 9 months and 21 days. Betty is survived by 3 daughters, Jean Morris of Ash Flat, AR, Margaret (Kenneth) Savoie of Patterson, LA and Lillian (Dave) Reichert of Port Austin, MI; 3 sons, Kenny Ray Coldwell of Anchorage, AK, Drew Coldwell of Fox, AR and John (Lynette) Morris of Patterson, LA and one Sister, Lucille Davis of Heber Springs, AR. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother. Memorials may be made to the VFW. Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
