Beulah Heathcote

Beulah Beth Heathcote was born May 30, 1917, at Sac City, Iowa, the daughter of Thomas and Eddith Tiffany Batie. She married Corliss R. Heathcote on October 27, 1936, at Des Moines, Iowa. She was a beautician and owned Beulah's Beauty Salon. Mrs. Heathcote lived in Mountain Home since moving from Des Moines, Iowa, in 1979. She was a hospital volunteer in the E.R. and a life member of the Does organization. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church. Beulah Beth Heathcote entered into eternal rest on September 6, 2006, at Springfield, Missouri, at the age of 89 years, 3 months and 6 days. Survivors: one son, Tom Heathcote of Mountain Home, Arkansas; one daughter, Marva Lane Batie of Des Moines, Iowa; two grandchildren, Tiffany Glass of Seattle, Washington;William Shepard of Des Moines, Iowa Preceded in Death by: parents, husband and one son, Richard Funeral: Memorial service 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 9, 2006, at Kirby-Boaz Funeral Home Chapel Burial: Glendale Cemetery in Des Moines, Iowa Memorials: First United Methodist Church
