Beulah Irene Pearson

A Memorial Service for Beulah Irene Moore Pearson of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be 2:00 pm, Wednesday, March 22, 2017, at Promise Land Bible Church, with Pastor Mike Brinkmeier officiating.

Beulah passed away March 6, 2017, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 98. She was born March 22, 1918, in Osborn, Missouri, the daughter of Amos and Effie Moore. She married Stanton Edward Pearson on June 15, 1941, and he passed away in July 1984. They lived in Kansas City, Missouri until 1965, when they moved to Ozawkie, Kansas. Beulah moved to Mountain Home, Arkansas in 1996 and to Care Manor Nursing Home in 2012. She worked at the Kansas School District and sold AVON. She was a Girl Scout Leader, 4H Club Leader and a Community Activity Leader at Pleasant View Grange and a well loved and respected member of the Kansas State Grange.

Beulah is survived by her two sons, Harold (Linda) Pearson of Lathrop, MO and David (Colleen) Pearson of Mountain Home, AR; two daughters, Winifred Hall of Overland Park, KS and Patricia Cox of Topeka, KS; six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Stanton; two brothers; five sisters; granddaughter, Krystil and grandson, Ryan.

Memorials may be made to the Promise Land Area Community Organization.

Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
