Funeral Services for Beverly O. Prochazka of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be 11:00 am, Wednesday, August 15, 2012, at Holy Spirit Lutheran Church, with Pastor Linda Dabney officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00 until 7:00 pm, Tuesday, August 14, 2012, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel. Beverly passed away August 12, 2012, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 85. She was born May 8, 1927, in Detroit, Michigan, the daughter of Herman and Clara Benson Johnson. She married John Prochazka in August of 1960, at Angola, Indiana. She was a factory foreman for Sunshine Biscuit Company. Beverly lived in Mountain Home, Arkansas since 1995, moving from Saginaw, Michigan. She was a member of the Holy Spirit Lutheran Church. Beverly is survived by her 2 sisters, Shirley Rice of Mountain Home, AR and Joyce (Dan) Zabludowski of Mountain Home, AR and 6 nieces and nephews, Michael (Sherri) Hedding, Kris (Tom) Tatge, Douglas (Sandy) Johnson, Kathy (James) Kellogg, Yvonne (James) Bruce and Delores (Don) Raspeller. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 1 brother, Harold Johnson, 2 brothers-in-law, Carl Rice and Charles Hedding and 1 nephew, Kenneth Johnson. Entombment will be in the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Mausoleum, Mountain Home, Arkansas. Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Ozarks or Holy Spirit Lutheran Church.
