Billie passed away July 7, 2017, in Summit, Arkansas at the age of 35. She was born April 30, 1982, in San Diego, California, the daughter of William and Jean Byers Miller. She married Jack Steinocher in Mountain Home, Arkansas, and was an LPN. Billie lived in the area since moving from San Diego, California, in 1993. She enjoyed listening to music, going to the lake, and spending time with her kids.
Billie is survived by her husband, Jack Steinocher of Gassville, AR; three children, Michael, Lillian, and Hailey; parents, Bill and Jean Miller; grandmother, Coral Byers Porath; three sisters, Terri, Annie, and Lila; and many extended family.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather.
Memorials may be made to the family.
