Cleveland died Tuesday, February 1, 2011 at Mountain Home, at the age of 76. He was born December 30, 1934 in Chicago, Illinois, the son of Hobart Harrington and Elsa Marie Groneman Cleveland. He married Peggy Edmondson on October 16, 1954 at Chicago, Illinois and worked as a painter and decorator. Bingham lived in Mountain Home, Arkansas since 1999 moving from Grayslake, Illinois. He was a member of the B.P.O. Elks for 45 years and the Twin Lakes gun Club.
Bingham is survived by his wife, Peggy Cleveland of the home and 2 sons, Jeffery (LuAnn) Cleveland of Mundelein, IL and Richard Cleveland of Ashville, NC, 4 grandchildren, Charlene (Joseph) Morfoot, Brett, Tracey and Kimberly Cleveland and 1 brother, Otto (Cookie) Cleveland of Pearl City, HI. He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 brother and 1 sister.
Memorials may be made to the Hospice of the Ozarks.
