Bobby Ray "B.R." Davis

Bobby Ray "B.R." Davis of Peculiar, Missouri, formerly of Mountain Home, Arkansas, passed away December 29, 2022, in Independence, Missouri at the age of 79. He was born June 12, 1943, in Lafayette, Louisiana, the son of Charles and Mittie Demaree Davis. He married Susie Bass on June 16, 1968 in Orange, Texas. The couple moved to Mountain Home, Arkansas from Lafayette, Louisiana in 1990. B.R. was a U.S. Air Force veteran of the Korean War. In his earlier years, he worked as a pipe fitter and later, drove a school bus for 20 years in Mountain Home, Arkansas. He was an avid book reader, and particularly enjoyed non-fiction. B.R. was known for his storytelling.

B.R. is survived by his daughter, Susan Davis of Peculiar, MO; and grandchildren, Rebecca Hickman, and Madelyn Wells.

He was preceded in death by his wife; and parents.
