Services for Brent Allen Cook of Elizabeth, AR, will be private. Brent Cook died Friday, August 28, 2009 in Elizabeth at the age of 57. He was born Sunday, September 16, 1951 in Fort Madison, Iowa, the son of Virgil and Blanche Rebo Cook. He married Kathy Lynn Peffley on October 10, 2002 at Mountain Home, Arkansas and worked as a logger. Brent lived in Elizabeth since 1998 moving from Willow Springs, Missouri. He was a fishing "fanatic", loved the lake, was generous to a fault, enjoyed hunting, raised Dogue de Bordeaux (French Mastiffs), enjoyed hunting, carpentry, and building; but above all else he loved his family. Brent Cook is survived by his wife, Kathy Cook. daughter, Brandi Miller of Flippin, Arkansas, son & daughter-in-Law, Jeremy (Robyn) Cook of Wildomar, California, granddaughter, Nichole Miller of Flippin, Grandsons, Scotty Allen of Walnut Springs, Texas, T.J. Allen of Walnut Springs, Texas, brother, David Cook of Summersville, Missouri and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents. Memorials may be made to the to the family.
