Brinda Mitchell

Reverend Brinda S. Mitchell of Mountain Home, Arkansas, passed away April 3, 2023, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 75. She was born September 30, 1947, in Wheatley, Arkansas, the daughter of James and Evelyn Wilson Mitchell. She was an LPN at various hospitals in Little Rock and in Mountain Home, where she worked for Baxter Regional Medical Center. In her younger years, she enjoyed gardening, traveling, and riding horses. She loved the Lord with all her heart.

Brinda is survived by her daughter, Deborah (Alex) Baugh of Gassville, AR; two grandchildren, Rachel Baugh and Trevor (Brenna Davis) Baugh; and two brothers, Hollis (Marie) Mitchell and Terry (Sharon) Mitchell, and best friend and caregiver, Carolyn Horton.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Jimmy Woodruff and Frank Nelson; and sister, Sylvia Reeves.

Visitation will be Monday, April 10, 2023, from 1:00 pm until service time, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will be 2:00 pm, Monday, April 10, 2023, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Tad Rogers officiating. Burial will be in the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery, Mountain Home, Arkansas.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
