Carl Foster

Carl R. Foster was born on March 9, 1933 in Rockford, Illinois. He was the son of Glenn M. and Dorothy Smith Foster. He was employed twenty years in floor cleaning with Kelly Building Maintenance. Mr. Foster moved to Mountain Home, Arkansas from Rockford, Illinois. Carl R. Foster bassed away at Care manor Nursing Home in Mountain Home on February 8, 2005 at the age of 71 years, 10 months and 29 days. Survivors: Two sons, William C. (Bill) Foster of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Richard Foster of Opalicka, Alabama; two daughters, Joyce and Susan, two brothers and three sisters Preceded in Death by: His parents, wife and two brothers Funeral: Private Burial: Arlington Memorial Cemetery, Arlington, Illinois
