Carl is survived by his two sons, Brian C. (Robyn) Hines of Asheville, NC and Norm (Jennifer) Hines of Simsbury, CT; two brothers, Dale and Art and three sisters, Shirley, Marcia, Diane.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
