He married Kathy Tolbert and worked in an Outboard Motor Repair Shop. Carmen was a U.S.Navy veteran of the Vietnam War. Carmen lived in Henderson since 1981, moving from Violas, Colorado.
Carmen is survived by his wife, Kathy Gamble of Henderson, AR and son, Charlie Gamble of Henderson, AR.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
