A Private Family Memorial Service for Carol Lyn Grant of Mountain Home, Arkansas, was held at 6:00 PM, Friday, May 8, 2015, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor John Easterling officiating.
Carol passed away May 7, 2015, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 69. She was born August 13, 1945, in Pewaukee, Wisconsin, the daughter of Verlin and Mary Craig Daughenbaugh. She married Jimmy Grant on March 23, 1964, at Racine, Wisconsin and worked as a head cashier for Consumers Food Stores. She retired after 20 years. She was a member of the Redeemer Lutheran Church.
Carol is survived by her husband, Jimmy Grant of Mountain Home, AR; son, Jimmy Grant III; mother, Mary Daughenbaugh of Richland Center, WI; 6 sisters; 2 brothers; three grandchildren, Chance Neubauer, Jessica (Steven) McKinnon and Karly Neubauer and great-granddaughter, Jacie McKinnon.
She was preceded in death by her father; daughter, Kari Neubauer and one sister.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Ozarks, 701 Burnett Drive, Mountain Home, AR 72653.
