Prohaska, of Lakeview, Arkansas, Pamela Prohaska, of Tinley Park, Illinois, Michael V.(Debra) Prohaska of Mountain Home, Arkansas, Sister Kimberly Rose Prohaska, OSB of St. Scholastica Monastery, Fort Smith, Arkansas, Sgt. Kirk A. Prohaska,(Cheryl) Oceanside, California, Mrs. Lynnea Ludwig (Jeff) of Clinton, Arkansas and David R. Prohaska, of Lakeview, Arkansas. 10 grandchildren, Frank J. and Kathy Prohaska V, Gayle & Charles Vaughn, Annie and Dave Fields, Mindy, Mary Linda Prohaska, William H. Prohaska, II and Laurie Prohaska, Dawn Prohaska, Garrett Ludwig and Blake Ludwig, 5 great-grandchildren, Jakub Timothy Prohaska, Darren and Caitlin Vaughn, Thomas Josiah Tames, Caiden Michael Reillo. Carol is also survived by her sister-in-laws Joyce Wallin of Covina, California and Barbara Pawlak of Peoria, Arizona and a hosts of nieces nephews. Preceded in Death by: She was preceded in death by her parents; Husband, Frank J. Prohaska III, one brother, William Wallin, one daughter, Theresa and one son, Patrick. Visitation: Visitation will be Friday, 5:00 - 8:00 P.M. with a rosary at 7:00 P.M. at the Kirby & Family Funeral Home. Funeral: Memorial Mass for Carol J. Prohaska of Lakeview, Arkansas will be 10:00 AM Saturday, April 5, 2008 at St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church with Fr. Charles Ugochukwu Kanu as Celebrant. Burial: Burial will be in Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery, with representation by North Central Arkansas Veterans Council VFW Post #1341 Bull Shoals, Arkansas.
