Carol Theobald

A Graveside Service for Carol Ann Theobald of Cotter, Arkansas, will be 10:30 am, Friday, January 25, 2013, at Walnut Hill Cemetery, with Dr. Terry Moser officiating. Ray Theobald, Jerry Theobald, Robyn Theobald-Leininger, Bud Leininger, Bonnie Seawright and Wayne Seawright will be pallbearers. Carol passed away January 20, 2013, in Mountain Home, Arkansas, at the age of 81. She was born July 11, 1931, in Richland Center, Wisconsin, the daughter of James and Neva Ripley McClaren. She married George E. Theobald on September 9, 1957, at Rupert, Idaho, and was a homemaker. Carol lived in Cotter, since 1980, moving from Hollandale, Wisconsin. She was a member of the Wesley United Methodist Church. She enjoyed crocheting, collecting coins, living on the river and especially her grandchildren. Carol is survived by her two sons, Ray Theobald of Flippin, AR and Jerry (Hermi) Theobald of Grass Valley, CA; two daughters, Robyn (Bud) Theobald-Leininger of Cotter, AR and Bonnie (Wayne) Seawright of Flippin, AR; nine grandchildren, Jim, Nick, Joshua, Tyler, Tanner, Cathy, Joy, Amelia and Brooklyn and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; one brother, Eldon McClaren and two sisters, Phyllis Franklin and Elma Ross. Memorials may be made to American Heart Association. Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
