Carol Tollander of Mountain Home, Arkansas, passed away November 8, 2024, in Springfield, Missouri at the age of 82. She was born November 27, 1941, in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of Fredrick and Enid Halligan Hinrichs. Carol was a bank teller. She lived in Mountain Home since moving from Itasca, Illinois. Carol was a member of the Twin Lakes Baptist Church. She enjoyed helping others, trips to Branson and spending time with her precious cats, Marc and Mindy. Carol's morning devotion and prayer time was very important to her.
Carol is survived by her brothers, David and John Hinrichs; sister, Jean Larson; niece's, Natalie Rapisarda, Tammy Soper, Annie Megenbier and Stacy Dreznes; nephew's, Jamie Hinrichs, Shawn Hinrichs and David Kendrick and special friends Sweepea, Carolyn Young and Dorothy Johnson.
She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Nancy Neal and nephew Tory Hinrichs.
Visitation will be Sunday, November 17, 2024, 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm, at Twin Lakes Baptist Church with a Celebration of Life to follow at 3:00 pm with Coach Bill Hughes officiating.
Memorials may be made to Samaritan's Purse, P.O. Box 3000, Boone, North Carolina, 28607 or Revival Fives Ministry, 19585 State Hwy. 413, Branson West, Missouri, 65737 in honor of Carol.
