Carter Henderson

Carter Charlie Henderson died September 5, 2007 at Gainesville, Missouri. He was 90. Carter C. Henderson was born June 14, 1917 at Walnut Ridge, Arkansas to Charlie Robert and Fannie Blanche Sissell Henderson. He married Mary Yarbrough, September 26, 1979 at St. Louis, Missouri. Carter worked for 20 years at the Anheuser Busch Co. and was a veteran of the U.S. Navy serving in WWII. He lived in the Theodosia area since 1993 moving from Zwolle, Louisiana. He is of the Baptist faith. Survivors: his wife, Mary; two sons, Jim (Janice) and Bobby Joe (Patricia) Henderson of Isabella, Missouri; three daughters, Peggy Daniel of Columbia, Missouri, Shelia Ann Cramer of Pevely, Missouri and Kathy (Mason) Barger of Las Vegas, Nevada, several stepchildren, 18 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren and 1 great-great granddaughter. Preceded in Death by: his parents, 2 brothers and one grandson Funeral: A memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorials: American Cancer Society
