She was self-employed making crafts and lived in Mountain Home since 1998, moving from Sonora, California. Cecil was a Christian, Native American woman that enjoyed nature, Native American crafts, and proudly 35 years sober with Alcoholics Anonymous.
Cecil is survived by her daughter, Georgia Bixler of Salesville, AR; granddaughters, Narelle (Tommy) McClellan and Tristan Bixler, both of Salesville, AR; great-grandchildren, Magnolia McClellan and Maisie Bixler and her brother, William Presfield.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
