Survivors: Cecil Clifton Waters is survived by his wife Dorothy Waters of Mountain Home, Arkansas, 2 sons Benny Waters and wife Karen of Elgin, Illinois, Robert Charles Waters of Mountain Home, Arkansas, 1 daughter Lorraine Tipsword and husband Pete of Streamwood, Illinois, 2 grandsons Alexander Robert Waters, Shawn Michael Waters.
