Ceil was born September 8, 1943, at New Orleans, LA to Albert Joseph and Noemi Flanagan Landry. She married the love of her life, George Mutz October 31, 1963, at Gretna, LA. Ceil was a member of the First Baptist Church of Bull Shoals, AR, the Daughters of the American Revolution and the United Daughters of the Confederacy.
Ceil is survived by husband, George Mutz; daughter, Ronda Kerns; brother, Michael Landry; sister, Loretta Hughes and three grandchildren, Erin, Emilie, and Elise Kerns. Her parents and two infant sons, Eric Paul and Christopher Brian preceded her in death.
