Celeste Kinney

Celeste Ann Kinney was born December 5, 1961 at San Gabriel, California to William and Norma Oriet Rollinger. She was an Administrative Assistant in the construction industry and had been a resident of the Yellville area since moving from Charleston, South Carolina in 2006. She was a graduate of Trident Technical College, where she received a Graphics Arts degree. She loved Victorian arts and crafts and decorative painting. She also enjoyed computer graphics design and spending time outdoors. She attended the First Christian Church.
