Charles "Chuck" Marvin Marshall of Mountain Home, Arkansas, passed away June 18, 2024, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 86. He was born January 20, 1938, in Fresno, CA, the son of Charles William and Juanita Moyer Marshall. He married Loretta Crutchfield on December 28, 2011, in Mountain Home, Arkansas. Chuck was a licensed insurance agent and spent many years working at Mutual of Omaha. He lived in Mountain Home since moving from Cave Junction, Oregon in 2016. As a testament to Chuck's love for the Lord, he served as a Gideon for over 30 years. His greatest joy was spreading the Gospel. While living in California, he visited his favorite coffee shop every morning to spend time with friends in fellowship. Chuck was known to always put his wife and family first. He enjoyed traveling, spending time with his family, and sitting around the table playing games, telling stories, teasing those he loved, and sharing a laugh together.
Chuck is survived by his loving wife, Loretta Marshall of Mountain Home, AR; daughter, Marlee (Phil) Caulkins of Modesto, CA; son, Marquis (Gwendy) Marshall of Oldtown, ID; stepdaughters, Lisa (Pete) Pechal of Utah, Patty (Glen) Hines of Arkansas; stepson, Jake Brown of Mountain Home, AR; daughter-in-law, Susie Marshall Turlock, CA; grandchildren, Mackenzie, Brenden, and Abigail Caulkins; brother, Chester (Fern) Marshall; and a host of extended family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Linda Marshall; parents; and son, Neil Marshall.
Visitation will be Saturday, June 22, 2024, 1:00 pm, at Twin Lakes Baptist Church of Mountain Home, Arkansas. A Funeral Service for Chuck will follow at 3:00 pm, Saturday, June 22, 2024, with Pastor Bill Hughes officiating.
