Charles Montgomery

A Funeral Service for Charles A. "Chuck" Montgomery, 80, of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be 3:00 pm, Wednesday February 8, 2012, at the Twin Lakes Baptist Church with Dr. Sam Bailey and Brother Daryl Young officiating. Charles passed away February 6, 2012, in Mountain Home, Arkansas. He was born November 24, 1931, in Richmond Heights, Missouri, the son of Sherman and Blanche Montgomery. Charles lived in Mountain Home, Arkansas since November 2009 moving from Hattiesburg, Mississippi. He was a member of Twin Lakes Baptist Church where he received the Lord in 2009 and was a member of the Sr. Saints Sunday School Class. Charles is survived by 2 daughters, Patricia (Mike) Hill of Green Bay, WI and Cathy Marie Bies of Gowanda, NY; 2 grandchildren, Heather Palmer and Chris (Shelley) Vanausdoll and one sister, Charlotte (Benjamin) Stevens of Las Vegas, NV. and several nieces and nephews including Brenda (Ron) Mattison of Mountain Home. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Rosella Montgomery and one grandson, Johnny Bruegge Jr. Burial will be 10:00 a.m. Friday in the Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Gulfport, MS. Memorials may be made to the Hospice of the Ozarks Hospice House or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
