He died Monday, September 6, 2010 at his residence at the age of 74. Charles was born March 2, 1936 in Arkansas City, Kansas the son of Charly F. Orin and Dorothy M. Hart. He married Patricia Otto on July 16, 1953 at Lake Manawa, Iowa. He worked as a Bio Medical Engineer for the U.S. Army and served as a Army veteran of Korean and Vietnam Wars. Charles had lived in Mountain Home, Arkansas since moving from Santa Maria, California in 2007. He was a member of the Masons, Scottish Rite and Shriners and enjoyed wood crafts and reading.
He is survived by his wife Patricia of the home, sons - Patrick Orin of Aurora, CO and David Charles Orin of Mountain Home, Arkansas; 5 daughters - Patricia Jeanine Miller of Duncan, TX, Marilee Johnson of Mountain Home, Arkansas, Renee Brown of Santa Maria, CA, Anna Marie O'Bier of Monroe, LA, Suzanna Pultz of Dunsmur, CA; 21 Grandchildren and 24 Great Grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 daughter, Cheryl Orin, a brother and his mother-in-law.
