Charles Peachee

Charles R. Peachee was born on November 25, 1925 at Mountain Grove, Missouri to Charles and Gurtrude Yocum Peachee. He worked in many different jobs before working as an associate for the Mountain Home Wal-Mart Store. He has lived in the Mountain Home, area since 1972 moving from the Chicago Area. He married Jimmie Walls on September 2, 1999 at Norfork, Arkansas. He was a Baptist and a U.S. Navy WWII Veteran. He was a member of the Hoevel-Barnett VFW Post # 1341 in Bull Shoals. He passed away on July 26, 2006 at Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 80 years, 8 months and 1 day Survivors: He is survived by His wife Jimmie Peachee of Mountain Home, 2 stepsons; Joseph Rogers of Fresno, California Gilbert and his wife Dawn Stevens of Las Vegas, Nevada, One Stepdaughter Becky and husband Cory Mattocks of Fresno, California, 9 grandchildren 2 sisters: Louise Lujan of Grand Junction, CO and Rose Marie Peachee of Wolfforth, Texas. Preceded in Death by: He was preceded in death by his parents, first wife Madge and one brother and one sister. Visitation: Thursday, July 27, 2006 from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the Kirby-Boaz Funeral Home in Mountain Home, Arkansas Funeral: Graveside services will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday, July 29, 2006 at the Van Wert Cemetery in Van Wert, Iowa. Burial: Van Wert Cemetery, Van Wert, Iowa Memorials: Hospice or the Hoevel-Barnett VFW in Bull Shoals, Arkansas.
